The full online entry system allows your members to enter shows on any device, from anywhere–no more printing and scanning documents, mailing in entry forms, or secretaries scrambling to remember which entries came in as a late-night text message!

This system can be added on to most websites by using a subdomain, like entries.yourclubwebsite.com (don’t worry, we’ll handle this part).

StreamlineEquine is customized to your club’s needs. Each purchase includes a membership form as well as an entry form for your next show. Forms can be built to accommodate multiple affiliates or associations, reduced fees for concurrent entries, and more.
Easy Entry Management
Entries can be exported as individual PDFs (great for waivers and membership forms), as a .CSV spreadsheet, or viewed online. Managing the entries is easy and intuitive and requires no special technical skills.
Autofill!
StreamlineEquine’s account system autofills forms from a user’s previous entries. Members love not having to enter their address AGAIN! We’ve noticed this helps eliminate incomplete entries.
Great Support
Each StreamlineEquine purchase includes training to learn your new system and a FAQ/How-To section for members. It also includes access to one year of on-call support. Support can be renewed for $50/year.

Add on entries are great for associations without a dedicated website manager. Please note that forms must be ordered three weeks before the entries open.
